Deposit Payment
A NZ$200.00 deposit is required within 14 days of confirmation
of your tour arrangements to enable us to hold the reservation.
Luxury Lodges have strict deposit, payment and cancellation
conditions, which vary for each property. We will advise
you of these at time of reservation and confirmation. Your
acceptance of these conditions will be required, along
with your required deposit.
Final Payment
Final payment will be required 30 days before arrival date
in New Zealand. Bookings
made within 30 days will require full payment at the time
of confirmation. If full payment is not received by required
date, services will be cancelled with forfeiture of full
deposit.
Tour Design
For Vision to plan a special tour for you, a design fee of
NZ$200.00 will be required before the itinerary is forwarded
to you. This fee is non-refundable – should you decide
not to travel with us. This fee will be used as your deposit
for your tour arrangements on confirmation of your booking.
Cancellation
Cancellation fees will be levied relevant to the amount of
notice prior to departure.
More than 30 days – Loss of deposit
30-7 days – 50% of total price
Within 7 days – 100% of total price
We recommend travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
Amendments
Once a booking has been confirmed, one amendment will be
allowed without incurring any additional costs. Second and
subsequent amendments will incur a fee of NZ$100.00 to cover
communication and re-documentation costs.
Refunds
No refund will be available on any unused services unless
extenuating circumstances apply. In such instances, final decisions
will be made at the discretion of the supplier involved. Weather
interruptions are beyond our control. However, we will
do everything possible to rearrange services in such an event,
but cannot be held financially responsible. Travel insurance
is strongly recommended for such eventualities.
Luggage
Luggage is limited to two pieces or 20 kilos (44lbs) per
person, which is in line with the international airlines allowance.
If you are travelling with more than the recommended allowance
we need to be informed, so a larger vehicle can be supplied
to accommodate this.
Not Included in Tour Cost
The cost of gratuities, insurance, optional sightseeing,
excess baggage charges, laundry, drinks, airport taxes and
meals, except where indicated, and items of a personal nature
are not included in the tour cost.
Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of all travellers to ensure they
have in their possession valid passports (expiry date beyond
six months of the intended stay) and appropriate visas, where
applicable.
Insurance
All travellers are recommended to take out travel insurance
cover for all eventualities.
Disclaimer
The client accepts that, once a booking has been made with
Vision Limousines and the required deposit paid, they understand
and accept all terms and conditions as outlined.
The Fine Print
Vision Limousines shall not in any circumstances be held
liable for and will not accept responsibility for the acts,
omissions, defaults or failures on the part of hotels or other
service providers which are used in their tours.
Vision Limousines will not be responsible or liable (for
damage, refund or otherwise) for
- Government actions, weather. Acts of God, strikes,
compulsory quarantine or other services beyond its control
- The failure of the client to obtain the correct and
required documentation (eg. Passports, visas, health certificates)
- The failure of the client to follow instructions, including
but not limited to check in, check out and departure
places and times.
- The delay of, loss of or damage to participants baggage
or its contents, with any carrier, provider of accommodation
or otherwise.
Vision Limousines reserves the right to use other service
providers of a similar high standard at their discretion. |
